Ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days, while made-to-order or custom pieces may require 2–4 weeks production time.
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia with tracked shipping and delivery confirmation where available. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
In-store pickup is also available from our Richmond, Melbourne studio by appointment only.
Due to the one-of-a-kind and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, exchanges or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
Custom, commissioned, or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can assist you promptly.
